no such thing. why would anyone pay $10-20 to someone to type a page of anything? you could hire someone full time for $10-15/HOUR that would type a lot more than one pay per hour. college campuses are the only place you MIGHT find work like that and it will not pay anywhere near $10 a page - maybe $4 if you are lucky

Can u do freelance work while receiving unemployment benefits?
I just lost my job due to business closure and now under unemployment benefits (450/week). Im a graphic designer and wondering if I can do freelance work till I find a full-time job?

Yes you can BUT you must declare it and your unemployment will be cut. If you do not declare it, they will find out and you will be charged interest and penalties and possible prosecuted for fraud.

you need to report any income you make during your employment but some work is better than none at all

The best way is to set up a website and market yourself through it. Start a portfolio of clips. If you don't have any, write some random articles and use those. Steer clear of third party sites like Elance, etc that charge fees and comissions.
