Tips to bring users to my freelance jobs website

Tips to bring users to my freelance jobs website?
I am making the final tweaks to my new website, which will work as a marketplace for freelancers and clients to meet, post/bid on projects, etc. Do you have any good suggestions on how to bring users to my new website and encourage them to register?

Post your website in Your Question. A lot of traffic comes through yahoo answers. You won't get a lot but you will receive a few clicks. http://www.Youtube.com Create a few vids about what you do and post them there. It's Free. :) Hope this helps a lil. OH! Try to find a few forums that are related to your site and join up. Add your web address to your forum signature. Then just answer a lot of questions. :) Take care!

The use of "good keywords" on your site will help the site rankings in Google, that is list your site higher in the listings. I now use software to to check for targeted keywords that have little competition and have a lot of searches, and use them in both meta and content. Hello, I am a native speaker of: Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian languages. Also, I have excellent English skills. I have worked before as a translator, but got only few jobs. Should I do this job or graduate from College ?
I got a job from my relatives who live in Belgium. The job is a freelance writing job and I am expected to earn earn $180,000 to $230,000 per annum. My Uncle knows this Teen Magazine Editor and wants me to work there. Should I take this job or graduate from my College ?

Take the job! First of all, this is the kind of job that people go to college for, a magazine editor. Sounds like a hip and fun job. Not to mention the fact it is in Belgium (that is what I got out of it). It sounds great. You can always still go to school later or even better go to school while you are Belgium. I would see what options for university has for you. If you have a lof of credits maybe you can try to get a lesser degree from them or see if you can transfer them to a school in Belgium. Sounds like a good chance. If it is a job you would want, I would say take it! Plenty of great and rich people did not finish college. Look at Bill Gates.

Look if you are looking for a serious free lance job, boy, you catorgy is harder than mine there arent many quantity surveyors, so medieval knights ya gotta look in fun parks get a police check done coz the lance is a deadly weapon, and yes they do supply them free as a part of the work environment, then you get the working with kids category check done after the prohibitted weapons check and safe using of lances so you dont actually really stab anyone now adays with a lance its all pretend and there is a safe handling manuel just to make sure you dont go poking anyone in the whoops a daisy arms! Now the area I know because Victorians south of de border like this sorta carry on we actually give them all the work too, so if you are a Queenslander dont tell them its a bit like a comedian working during the USA writers strike on the David Letterman Show, you wouldnt know, and if you were a cop you would probably get lanced? Well we wont say crooked or straight cop will we thats a tad paranoid. Now as for entering the park with a lance the trick to getting it past security saw this in the matrix movie is guns, and lots of them!!! They freak out seeing the lance entering the NSW Premiers department building and yea, as if the lance would fit into the building to get to the coctail lounge on the 41st floor where I sip my martini stired not shaken coz I dont like alcohol being blond coz it makes me look stupid we have maizon clear? Where would you get a free lance job option? Oh probably swan hill Victoria or the name of the other park dunno its name near bye? York Bakery and all? Struth Freelance??? didnt see there wasnt a space? Freak man its bed time how was I to know you wanted a real job on the side besides I dont change horses mid stream look get a secondary work contract from both employers so you work aint gonna suffer or someone will blackmail you or dob you in and get the sack if they ask why say I need to make ends meet and get paid more negotate better where you are? Dunno there aint that many I think some dweeb here in Orstralia thought we had to have another recesion and this time took the whole world with him to score better than cricket tragics? 4/69

Does anyone know the secret of winning freelance jobs?
I got a paid account on a website called iFreelance, hoping to get jobs in graphic design, webdesign, and illustration. I have a really good portfolio, and a large and diverse skill set. But for some reason I keep bidding on various jobs, but never get them. I was wondering if there is something that I am doing wrong. Is there some secret or guidelines for making successful bids? If you have experience in the matter, please help! Thank you.
