how do I get a freelance writer job?
I am a PG and currently attending IAS coaching classes. I have heard about freelance writers but not enough information as to how I can be one.I use to write articles, poems, essays in college and university days.Where and whom do I approach for this job.

What is a PG? What are IAS coaching classes? If you plan to write, you need to know that when mentioning something for the first time to those who may not know what you're talking about, you need to write out the names. After saying what the names are (and what they mean, if it's not obvious), then you can abbreviate. To answer your question, the point about "freelance" is that it's not a job. You are your own business, an independent contractor. To get freelance writing work, you send in proposals for articles and other works to the editors or publishers handling the topics you want to write about.
