hi i am working with an insurance company and owned nice office with all the infra i would like to knw whether i can start any type of freelancing job side by side in my own office...i am interested in banks, financila instutions and any kind of office work which i can be able to do from my workplace pls suggest thanks

Financial institutions hire consultants who in a way are project based freelancers. To go out on your own, you would need to identify a need, present a plan that fixes the need and show how you execute the plan. You will either save or make money for the company you target. I have worked for banks and financial institutions and I do not know of any individual freelancers who have landed work. Good Luck
