Do freelance court interpreters make good money?
This is in California & this person (Spanish interpreter) does not work directly for the courts but is freelance. I'm asking because I have a feeling this person is making their job look like more than what it is. Kinda bragging about it. I know for a fact they don't work every single day but dont know if this is by choice cause the money is so good or because they're freelance. Thanks for any info!

Do free lance court interpreters make good money? well that depends how good he is, how resourceful he is, how well does he market himself, weather he is federally certified...the short answer is, yes. I suspect that a Spanish Court interpreter in California can make a decent living
