I have my normal w2's from my normal job which is a substantial amount. But how do I claim freelance jobs that I did if I don't know how much I made (i.e. I don't keep books). Do I just estimate a number? I don't do normal invoicing and I don't know who is claiming my fee on their taxes.

You need to keep track of your income. You must report all of it, whether the other party is claiming it or not. From now on, write down your income on a sheet of paper. Do the same with your expenses. It doesn't need to be fancy as long as it is accurate
