Unfortunately nowhere pays $10-$20 per page according to accuracy levels. In many cases if the typed page returned is not accurate the typist doesn't get paid for their work. Many of the law firms and medical offices utilize 3rd party aggregators that send dictation and documentation requiring typing overseas to locations such as Pakistan, India, and China. Many of these companies have large operations where they pay a prevaling wage for their host nation overseas. It's nowhere near $10-$20 per page and a lot of it is put through dictation software and just cleaned up by a skilled typist with skills in English and medical or legal terminology. Other nations have professions which do this as well. It's not the answer that you want to hear but it is a very valid answer
